Goals

1. 1.As part of our community health needs assessment, Sheppard Pratt identifies needs and opens new programs. Recent and upcoming projects include: a new children's mental health hospital, a women's mental health center, and residential crisis program, and adult residential treatment program.
2. 2.We improve access to our services by expanding capacity including adding new locations or expanding existing spaces. Recent and upcoming projects include: an expanded non-public special education school, additional slots in our adult and child and adolescent day hospitals. We also partner with health systems across the country to enhance or establish behavioral health services in more communities.
3. 3.We strengthen our organization by investing in employee engagement, enhancing leadership development and employee training, and investing in new systems and processes to ensure efficiency.
