Mission

Our mission is to (1) serve as the gateway to corporate, government, and large nonprofit contracts, for Pan Asian American (East, South, and Southeast Asians, as well as Pacific Islanders and Native Hawaiians) and small and medium businesses of all backgrounds; (2) to connect, educate, train, and provide technical assistance to small and medium businesses; (3) to provide small and medium businesses with information about business opportunities with corporations, federal, state, and local government agency contracting professionals, and large nonprofits; (4) provide the contracting organizations with insights into the small business communities in the United States including Pan Asian American business communities, and insights in the Asia-Pacific and Indian Subcontinent markets.

Vision

The Vision of USPAACC is to be recognized as the premier organization for business education, training, financial literacy, digital competence, and professional networking. Our purpose is to connect businesses with government, corporations, and nonprofits—opening doors to contracts, professional development, and educational opportunities for enterprises of all sizes and backgrounds, and their partners across Fortune companies, public agencies, and the small business community.
