Through trusted partnerships, workforce and talent development, community-driven housing solutions, and strong nonprofit capacity, HomeFree-USA will help transform systems that once excluded into pathways that empower. Our vision is not only to help people access homes, but to strengthen neighborhoods, cultivate leadership, and ensure communities have the tools to define and invest in their own futures—for generations to come.

Goals

1. 1.HomeFree-USA’s goal is to responsibly scale and strengthen its proven programs and services to expand access to sustainable homeownership, financial stability, and economic opportunity for individuals, families, and communities nationwide.
2. 2.Expand the Develop the Developer Academy to meet rising demand among LMI communities by equipping local, underrepresented developers with the skills, capital access, and mentorship needed to rehabilitate homes and revitalize neighborhoods. Scaling DTDA will address vacant housing, build local wealth, and create sustainable, community-led housing solutions.
