Mission

The Independent Electrical Contractors Foundation (IECF) funds grants, scholarships, and programs that contribute to the growth of the electrical and systems contracting industry and allow all students equal access to education, apprenticeship, and training.

Vision

Through IECF funding, aspiring electricians and technicians gain access to Strengthen IECF’s role as a national leader in workforce development and community impact, fostering a diverse and thriving electrical industry.

Goals

1.• Implement robust cybersecurity measures and modernize technology systems by the end of 2026. • Align technology upgrades with program delivery, data tracking, and operational efficiency.
2.• Grow partnerships by 20% by 2029. • Strengthen collective impact collaborations to enhance community reach.
3.• Develop a leadership succession plan by 2026. • Establish formal staff development and retention programs, addressing current gaps (notably low scores in general staff development).
