THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO HELP TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITIES IN NORTH CAROLINA BY OBTAINING GRANTS AND OTHER FUNDING RESOURCES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND WATER RESOURCES TO THESE COMMUNITIES.
