TO LEVEL THE LEARNING FIELD FOR STUDENTS, INVOLVE PARENTS IN THE SCHOOLS, ADVOCATE FOR THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF APRICAN-AMERICAN STUDENTS AND WORK TOWARD CLOSING THE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT GAP THAT EXIST BETWEEN AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDENTS AND THEIR WHITE COUNTERPARTS.
