Boys & Girls Club of East Alabama

Mission

Formed in 1990, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Lee County (Now of East Alabama) is a local autonomous affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of America which provide after-school programs for young people. The mission is to enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens, by providing a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

We elevate youth voices and champion the needs of kids and teens. Along the way, kids and teens learn from our example as we support them in becoming change agents and effective advocates on issues that matter to them
