Vision

Our vision is to develop and operate permanent supportive housing for men, women and families overcoming homelessness, especially veterans and those with mental illness, substance use, and medical or other disabling conditions.

Goals

1. 1.- Improve cash flow. - Increase rent collection and client contributions. - Promote financial literacy. - Grow contributions by 5% and events by 10%, annually.
2. 2.- Enhance referrals and client support. - Use data and audits to refine operations. - Maintain occupancy and reduce turnover costs. - Develop a library of outcome-driven content and donor materials.
3. 3.- Expand top-performing programs, sunset underperformers. - Invest in staff development and technology. - Launch new programs and property strategies. - Launch internal dashboards, templates, and guides.
