Easing the lives of care partners and enriching the lives of people living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of neurodegeneration.

Vision

Everyone with Alzheimer's in Naples, Florida has purpose and meaning in their lives and their care partners are supported and able to provide compassionate care.

Goals

1.Provide guidance, advocation, and support to people with neurodegenerative diseases and their families through family consultants and different weekly support groups covering a wide range of topics.
2.Give people with neurodegenerative diseases and their families spaces to form connections, enjoy new experiences and engage with their community through local events and respite programs.
3.Focus on educational efforts for people with neurodegenerative diseases and their families through national and local experts' presentations, and teaching business' compassionate cognitive care.
