Mission

To ensure individuals with Down syndrome are valued for their extraordinary gifts and contributions, empowering them to pursue meaningful, included lives.

Vision

DSAMT strives to be recognized by people with Down syndrome and their families, educators, healthcare professionals, employers and the community at large as the leading resource in Middle Tennessee for education, advocacy, support and community for and about Down syndrome.

Goals

1.MAXIMIZE OUTREACH & SUPPORT to all 40 county service areas, across the lifespan so that families can more easily connect to one another & DSAMT and better meet the needs of our community.
2.ENSURE FINANCIAL STABILITY/INCREASE FUNDRAISING
3.IMPROVE AWARENESS & COMMUNICATIONS among all stakeholders and members.
