THE SOLE PURPOSE OF HOLLINS VOLUNTEER RURAL FIRE AND RESCUE IS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY THROUGH THE PREVENTION AND/OR SUPPRESSION OF FIRES; PROVIDE FIRST RESPONSE FOR ACCIDENT OR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES; AND ASSIST COUNTY, STATE, AND FEDERAL EMA WHEN NEEDED.
