Mission

Milagro Center’s mission is to give underserved children the opportunity to succeed. We accomplish this through afterschool and summer camp programs that offer a mix of academic support, art, music instruction, mentoring and life skills lessons in a family-like, supportive environment. Our students build a strong sense of self-worth and academic skills that set them on a path to a productive future.

Our vision is to be a center of creative cultural collaboration, engaging education and inspiration

Goals

1.1. Have every child in our afterschool and summer camp program achieve grade level reading.
2.2. Have every high school senior in our teen leadership program graduate from high school and have a plan for post secondary education or training.
3.3. Build an indestructible sense of self worth for the at risk, underserved children and teens we serve.
