THE PURPOSE IS TO SEEK FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EMPLOYED IN THE PLUMBING INDUSTRY AND WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE UNIONS AFFILIATED WITH THE CA PIPE TRADES COUNCIL.
