Vision

A community where every healthy and treatable animal has a safe place to go, access to affordable veterinary care exists, and preventable shelter intake is reduced through proactive community programs.

Goals

1. 1.Increase lifesaving outcomes by expanding adoptions and foster placements to maintain a save rate above 95% despite rising intake.
2. 2.Reduce community animal overpopulation by performing at least 2,500 spay/neuter surgeries annually through the MASH mobile unit and partner clinics.
3. 3.Improve access to preventative care by providing high-volume vaccination clinics and outreach services, delivering at least 5,000 free or low-cost vaccines annually.
