OUR MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH MENTORSHIP AND TO ENHANCE ECONOMIC AND EDUCATIONAL OPPOTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES WHERE WE SERVE.

To be a beacon of light within the community utilizing the collective talents of our members and me

Goals

1.1. Experience 20 percent growth year to year for the next five years
2.Educate and train 500 youth over the next three years to increase work ready population
3.Implement a professional develop program that enhances soft skills and professional development pathways for participants within the next 18 months
