    PAN AMERICAN ROUND TABLE 1 SHALL GIVE A SCHOLARSHIP TO ONE OR MORE GRADUATING SENIORS FROM A BROWNSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. THESE SENIORS MUST BE U.S. CITIZENS AND RESIDE IN BROWNSVILLE WITHIN THE BOUNDRIES OF BROWNSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. THEY MUST BE IN THE TOP 10% OF THEIR GRADUATING CLASS, HAVE EITHER A SAT OR ACT SCORE AND MUST HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY IN TEXAS.
