ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF SAFETY AND DECENCY IN AREAS AND COMMUNITIES WHERE THERE IS A CONCENTRATION OF LOW AND VERY-LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO NEED A SAFE, AFFORDABLE DOMINION.
