Goals

1. 1.Our plan over the next few years is to continue steadily growing our program by expanding into new areas of San Diego County and hiring additional case managers so that we can help even more youth. Through this growth, we expect to be able to provide full, quality, support services to our youth to ensure their sustainability, while also preventing the burnout of our team members.
2. 2.Our focus has always been on serving unhoused youth through our projects. However, as we continue to grow, we realize that there are certain systems and policies that need to be implemented in order to create long term sustainability for our organization. We aim to strengthen the culture of our organization by creating/updating the necessary workplace policies.
3. 3.Our goal in continuing to help homeless youth in San Diego County is to increase the amount of services we offer, by providing more in depth case management that will create long term sustainability.
