THE SPECIFIC NATURE OF BUSINESS OF THIS NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION IS TO ORGANIZE AND OVERSEE GIRLS SOFTBALL TEAMS AND TO TEACH CHARACTER THROUGH TEAM SPORTS FOR YOUNG WOMEN AND IMPROVING THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA. THE ADDITIONAL MISSION RELATES TO ASSISTING SOUTHWEST FLORIDA RESIDENTS WHO WERE IMPACTED BY HURRICANE IAN. THIS MISSION WAS ADDED AFTER THE NATURAL DISASTER MADE LANDFALL ON SEPTERMBER 28, 2022.
