With the help of volunteers and community partners, we improve lives by feeding Greater Vail’s hungry and assisting with basic needs.

Greater Vail Community ReSources envisions a caring, self-reliant, self-sustaining, hunger-free community that is a model for others.

1.Strengthen and diversify sustainable revenue streams by expanding thrift store performance, growing donor engagement, and launching a capital campaign to support long-term financial stability and organizational growth.
2.Build a scalable staffing and volunteer model by strengthening recruitment, training, and retention, while developing clear roles, systems, and infrastructure to support efficient operations and future expansion.
3.Enhance organizational effectiveness by improving partnerships, outreach, governance, policies, and operational systems to ensure consistent, efficient, and mission-aligned service delivery.
