Goals

1. 1.Following a year of necessary reductions in expenses and staffing in 2024, The Luke Clinic enters 2025 in a more stable financial position and is strategically focused on rebuilding capacity to support long-term sustainability and mission growth. Our goal is to reinvest in the core infrastructure that allows us to serve more families, more effectively.
2. 2.Staffing Expansion: We are working to restore and expand our clinical and administrative teams to meet the growing needs of our patients. Key hires will include frontline medical staff, care coordinators, and support personnel essential for providing holistic, life-affirming care. We also seek to strengthen our leadership structure to ensure continuity and resilience in program delivery.
3. 3.Development & Fundraising: We are prioritizing the establishment of a robust fundraising strategy with dedicated staff to deepen donor engagement, build church and corporate partnerships, and pursue diversified revenue streams. Our goal is to secure the financial margin needed to support innovation, reach more patients, and respond to evolving community needs.
