TO CREATE, FORM AND ESTABLISH A VOLLEYBALL CLUB TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION IN VOLLEYBALL AND TO OFFER PHYSICAL RECREATION FOR CHILDREN THUS BUILDING ON SUCH VALUES AS TEAMWORK, FAIRNESS OF PLAY, LEADERSHIP AND RESPECT OF OTHERS; TO PROVIDE THESE OPPORTUNITIES TO FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN SEEKING TO EXCEL IN VOLLEYBALL WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SUCH OPPORTUNITIES.
