THE LAFAYETTE YMCA SUPPORT CORPORATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO QUALIFY AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION FOR THE LAFAYETTE FAMILY YMCA. THE YMCA SUPPORT CORPORATION WILL CONSTRUCT, OWN, OPERATE, AND LEASE ASSETS TO THE LAFAYETTE FAMILY YMCA. THE LAFAYETTE YMCA SUPPORT CORPORATION WILL BE OPERATED AT ALL TIMES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LAFAYETTE FAMILY YMCA.
