Goals

1. 1.Continue to expand our Social Support Model in our 10 priority communities with special focus on expanding infrastructure to sustain our social support model growth.
2. 2.Provide and increase access to medical care at our clinic and through mobile clinics in our 10 priority communities.
3. 3.Educate supporters and colleagues regarding the importance of the activation of our social support model.
