NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION HOSTS FUNDRAISING EVENTS AND SOLICITS DONATIONS OF MONEY AND GOODS FROM ANIMAL FRIENDLY BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS IN ORDER TO HELP ANIMAL RESCUES IN NEED. THE GOAL IS TO BE THE BEST LINK BETWEEN ANIMAL RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO SAVING ANIMAL'S LIVES. THROUGH THEIR EFFORTS, DESERVING ORGANIZATIONS CAN BE ALLEVIATED OF FUNDRAISING BURDENS AND FREED UP TO BETTER ASSIST THE ANIMALS THEY RESCURE AND CARE FOR; THE ULTIMATE GOAL TO END EUTHANASIA.
