Vision

Our goal is to have our own park with multiple fields so that all of our players can play at the same time and create friendships across ages and abilities.

Goals

1. 1.We have raised money for the two fields that we currently use at Carrier Park. Our goal is to have 8 more fields so the rest of our teams can all play baseball at the same time in the same location.
2. 2.We created our first board of directors in 2022. We want to engage the board in more activities to help us grow the league and plan for the future.
3. 3.We would like to continue to promote Syracuse Challenger Baseball so that every person with special needs knows there is a place for them to enjoy the outdoors and find friends on a baseball team.
