Goals

1. 1.Strengthen our infrastructure and expand program reach to serve more families and communities effectively.
2. 2.Strengthen 30 Hearts’ organizational capacity—locally and stateside—by investing in staff, systems, and technology to support fundraising, communications, operations, and leadership development for long-term growth and sustainability.
3. 3.Expand 30 Hearts’ advocacy efforts to raise awareness about the needs of orphaned and vulnerable children, promote family-based care, and inspire action through storytelling, strategic partnerships, and increased public engagement.
