What challenges does your organization face in collecting feedback from the people you serve?

We don't have any major challenges to collecting feedback

Briefly describe a recent change that your organization made in response to feedback from the people you serve.

We had a distribution event and every person signed in at the entry and exit. We realized our shortcomings very quickly and addressed them immediately. We also have taken sensitive training so we know how to really understand those impacted by disasters may not necessarily be upset, but depressed or stressed. We had some survivors come to us to express how we needed to be aware of how everyone needed to be treated equally and in a timely manner as they waited in an extremely long line. We now how people who are advanced in sensitive training at the front to receive and welcome people, survivors of disasters. At the end we have more energetic people encouraging people to come back and to let us know how everything worked out.
