Vision

Our vision is to create a global community of empowered women who discovered their confidence, leadership, and purpose through track and field.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our DreamBuildHER curriculum to reach more girls by adapting it for use in schools, community organizations, and youth programs nationwide, broadening access to TrackGirlz mentorship, empowerment, and wellness education.
2. 2.Strengthen TrackGirlz’s long-term capacity by securing resources and partnerships to establish our own facility—serving as a central hub for workshops, training programs, and community events that empower girls through track and field.
