2. 2.Strengthen Antha Prerna Foundation’s operating, governance, and evaluation capacity to support effective program delivery, data-informed learning, and accountability across multiple initiatives and partners.
3. 3.Build long-term financial and institutional sustainability through diversified funding, strategic partnerships, and repeatable program models that enable the Foundation to support initiatives at scale while maintaining mission alignment and transparency.
