Mission

Female Founder Collective will harness the resources of WOBs to empower women at all socio-economic levels, delivering on the following objectives: Build awareness of WOBs and expand market access to increase share of overall sales revenue;Support growth and expansion of WOBs, create opportunities for more female founders;Increase womens financial viability across the socio-economic spectrum and leverage womens leadership in the economic development of our communities.Female Founder Collective will:Develop joint marketing and/or public awareness campaigns for WOBProvide networking opportunities for WOB and female business leadersOffer mentorship to start-up WOBsIdentify training and educational opportunities for female business leadersSupport for women-focused community needs (WOB supporting an issue such as womens health, reducing gender violence, etc.)Determine incentives for eligible business that inspire and promote women in their work (e.g., publicity, tax credits, etc.); Engage c
