Feedback from our youth and participation in planning of programs is an important piece of BTO's strategic priorities. Our instructors are committed to providing the best possible experiences for our youth and therefore spend considerable time connecting with our participants to understand their individual needs, goals, and challenges. Instructors gather this information and bring it back to the senior leadership who incorporate this feedback into their curriculum planning. Every year we collect feedback and revise programming that reflects our participants' needs. We have added videography/photography as a track in addition to podcasting.
