Vision

We envision a day where every community is equipped and empowered to develop sustainable solutions to the problems that place their children in crisis. This vision is brought to life through engaging with communities to spearhead initiatives that are conceived, developed, and sustained by the very people they aim to benefit. By amplifying local voices and knowledge, we construct programs that are culturally appropriate and contextually relevant and always focused on empowering individuals to lead self-sufficient lives.

Goals

1. 1.Objective: Within the next three years, expand community partnerships by partnering with new communities in Zambia and exploring expansion opportunities in other regions; explore partnerships with foundations and corporations in US and Zambia. We plan to develop a comprehensive playbook for expanding into new communities and replicating our programs through local partnerships.
2. 2.Objective: Enhance programmatic impact: Within the next three years, refine and document best practices for current programs, ensuring all programs exceed industry standards with measurable, data-driven impact. This will require continuing to focus on refining monitoring & evaluation processes and reporting standards.
3. 3.Objective 1: Increase fundraising and financial sustainability: Expand fundraising efforts to support programmatic growth and establish a sustainable financial base. Objective 2: Strengthen leadership & operations: Build and support leadership teams in both the US and Zambia, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
