THE MISSION AND THE GOAL OF THE NATIONAL LATINO BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION IS TO INFLUENCE NATIONAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH POLICY, ELIMINATE DISPARITIES IN FUNDING AND ACCESS TO SERVICES, AND IMPROVE QUALITY OF SERVICES FOR LATINO POPULATIONS.
