At Athletes Soul, we empower athletes to thrive beyond sport through coaching, community, and advocacy. No matter your achievements, background, or sport, we are your team beyond sport—here to support the first steps, the pivots, and the new beginnings. Because life after sports isn’t an ending—it’s a launchpad, and no athlete should take it alone.

Vision

Athletes Soul is the leading independent organization supporting elite athletes in a successful transition from competitive sports to an inspiring and engaged post-athletic life. Our name is synonymous with empowered athletic retirement because of our leadership and advocacy in this space.

Goals

1.Grow participation in our group coaching and one-to-one programs (mentoring and coaching) to support 70-80 athletes in 2026
2.Pilot, and launch our self-paced course to provide a transition educational resources for athletes and former athletes.
3.Continue strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability and stability by: 1) implementing new brand identity and strategic updates, 2) developing a comprehensive and focused three-year fundraising strategy, and 3) expanding the scope of our Athletes Success Manager.
