DreamRoot's mission is to release the potential of leaders in underserved communities to reverse the cycles of poverty and promote the well-being of every member of society.

Vision

Goals

1.DreamRoot aims to expand its leadership and entrepreneurial training by reaching new communities, equipping more local trainers, and building sustainable support systems so we can scale our impact and empower even more community members to grow and thrive.

3.Deepen existing partnership and establish new collaborations in communities and across the region by offering advanced leadership tracks/internships, mentorship networks, and follow-on entrepreneurship support to help program alumni build momentum in their projects and businesses.
