The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: NAHT launched the SEEDS internship within Sweet Daisy, a trauma-informed social enterprise, to meet rising demand for job training among survivors. This new program provides paid internships, discipleship, and skill-building to equip women for long-term stability and healing after trafficking and addiction.
Goal Two: We are scaling NAHT’s Restore Program—our 5-level recovery model—by expanding class offerings, increasing caseload capacity, and deepening spiritual mentoring. In partnership with a local residential program, we now provide daytime trauma-informed recovery classes for mothers, allowing us to serve a broader range of survivors and deepen our community impact.
Goal Three: NAHT is implementing Salesforce to strengthen survivor care tracking, donor management, and team coordination across departments. This investment improves data accuracy, efficiency, and long-term sustainability, while we also grow internal capacity through role-based hiring, leadership development, and spiritual alignment.
