Vision

Offering classes and activities in the liberal arts tradition, Bluebonnet Home Scholars Collaborative (BHSC) is a Group Class Community that exists to enrich the lives of Christian homeschool families in the joint pursuit of wonder, knowledge, and love. BHSC seeks to partner with parents, teachers, and students who demonstrate tenacity for learning and loving, collaboration in professional and scholastic pursuits, and freedom through God's empowering grace.

Goals

1. 1.Complete current Bluebonnet STEM Excellence Initiative: STEM scholarship(s) for needs based students who have an interest in going into STEM based careers post-high school. New and/or updated lab/supplies funding. - Goal Deadline: Fall 2026
2. 2.Establish a $1,000,000 Endowment: Yearly support for the BHSC scholarship fund. Support for a full Executive Director salary. Release capital from the general operating budget to work toward other strategic goals (building program and contingency fund for the program). - Goal Deadline: Fall 2036
3. 3.Purchase/Lease-to-Buy our own dedicated facilities (including the establishment of a contingency fund): Raise funds for down payment and initial safety-fitting and/or refurbishment/outfitting. Raise funds to hire and support a full time building manager. Raise funds for increased insurance expenses. - Goal Deadline: Unknown (pending $1,000,000 Endowment Goal)
