Front Porch Cohousing is a dedicated 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a compelling mission: to revolutionize the housing landscape by creating safe, sustainable, and inclusive cohousing communities for individuals of all intellectual abilities. Since 2021, we've been committed to fostering a vibrant, neuro-inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and every resident feels at home. We implement cutting-edge smart-home technologies to ensure safety, while promoting meaningful social interaction and shared experiences through recreational activities and communal dining.
