The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: To grow, expand, and scale The Barbell Saves Project’s existing programs by broadening access to our movement, mindfulness, and mentorship-based recovery model across Arizona and beyond. This includes increasing service capacity, adding new locations, and building sustainable systems to ensure more individuals can access holistic, community-driven recovery services.
Goal Two: To expand The Barbell Saves Project’s supportive housing program by increasing capacity and accessibility for individuals in recovery. This includes acquiring additional housing units, enhancing peer support integration, and developing pathways that promote independence, stability, and long-term recovery success.
Goal Three: To expand awareness and understanding of holistic recovery by sharing our movement, mindfulness, and mentorship model. Through education, partnerships, and storytelling, we aim to reduce stigma and inspire communities to view recovery with hope, strength, and compassion.
