Our Children’s Home International is a non-profit organization that provides life-changing care to orphaned, semi-orphaned, and vulnerable children in Africa. We empower vulnerable children in Africa by providing comprehensive care, including food, shelter, clothing, education, healthcare, and educational support while advocating for their rights and dignity following the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We aim to establish a sustainable and nurturing community comprising Our Children's Home, Hospital, and School, where every child can thrive, grow, and reach their full potential.

Unlike other organizations, we provide immediate relief and focus on long-term solutions. We believe in a society that cares for its vulnerable members in a world where children do not suffer from hunger, abuse, cold, illness, or hardship. We believe that all children should benefit from a comprehensive social security system. The system we advocate for must ensure children’s survival and a standard of living adequate for their development. Furthermore, it must create an environment that enables all children to enjoy their constitutional rights, especially the rights to equality, dignity, health, education, participation, and protection from abuse and neglect. This unique approach sets us apart and makes our impact more sustainable.

Goal One: OCHI has developed new programs, including increased mental health services, expanded education and vocational training, enhanced health and nutrition focus, support for family reunification, expanded community outreach, the introduction of digital literacy, initiatives for youth empowerment, and the development of disaster response plans, all aimed at supporting vulnerable children.

Goal Two: Our Children's Home International Inc. expands through strategic partnerships, increased funding, staff training, technology integration, community engagement, research, scaling successful programs, and advocacy to reach more children and communities.

Goal Three: Our Children's Home International Inc. is committed to furthering advocacy work through policy influence, awareness campaigns, community engagement, research, partnerships, training, amplifying voices, and advocacy events. This prioritization ensures the organization remains a champion for vulnerable children, driving systemic change and improving their lives.
