    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    Our organization operates in an extremely challenging political context , which has compelled us to implement enhanced security measures over the past 12 months. During this time, we adapted to the circumstances by working remotely for five months. Despite this shift, we were able to successfully complete our activities and projects. To navigate these challenges, we developed various tools to measure success, enhanced our accounting system, and worked towards improving our organizational culture.
