The goal is to foster and promote goodwill and spirit, and to support, promote, and maintain high standards of performance excellence using the the pillars of success: Empower individual teams, Inspire the community, Proactively maximize communication, Streamline efficiency, Act creatively, Improve strength and performance, Develop and enforce accountability standards, and Encourage community engagement.
