Mission

Gervonni Cares improves the lives of those we serve through our educational programs financial assistance resources and referrals. Our mission is to ensure everyone who seek our services has the opportunity to thrive. Our Stuck in the Middle program is a hub for the following wraparound support services: on-site food pantry online or onsite financial literacy classes workforce development housing stability and utility payment financial assistance eviction prevention and diversion services as a Certified Community Legal Advocate CCLA. Our Summertime Sno Youth and Digital Skills Ready@50+ DSR program reflect our dedication to education in our community. Our SSYP youth boost math skills self-esteem and entrepreneurial experience while DSR program educates seniors 50+ on technology skills to assist with job placement computer skills and various technology. Gervonni Cares remains more than a nonprofit; we are a catalyst for transformative community impact.

Vision

To continue uplifting communities through our personalized wraparound support programs & services that will empower, educate and build oriented programs that inspire resilience and create sustainable change for families in need of human services.

Goals

1.Our organization currently has (4) Housing Stability Legal Advocates to assist with pro bono eviction support, education of landlord-tenant rights, and mediation. Housing is a crisis in Arizona, especially evictions. We want to promote these services as there are only 16 organizations approved through the AZ Supreme Court to provide these services to keep families housed.
2.To continue providing jobs, resources, and connecting with individuals and families in tbe communities we serve, by meeting them where they are, and proving growth and sustainability in the areas they seek service.
3.When we work on goals 1 and 2, our financial, management, and technical capacities will become invested.
