Goals

1. 1.Definition: Build the systems, partnerships and culture needed to make data a strategic asset for decision-making, fundraising, advocacy and compliance. Rationale: Credible, accessible, and mission-relevant data builds trust, secures funding, and drives policy influence. It helps tell FLY’s story with clarity and credibility.
2. 2.Definition: Increase the depth and breadth of services, adding intentional program models that address unmet needs and expand our mission. Rationale: Expansion delivers direct youth outcomes, but must be tested before scaling to manage quality and cost.
3. 3.Definition: Strengthen FLY’s governance, leadership diversity, and fundraising reach by building a more engaged and strategically equipped board. Rationale: A strong board offers immediate returns in governance quality, fundraising potential, and advocacy power in any scenario. A Youth Council could bring lived experience and ensures youth voice in leadership.
