Glocal mobilizes trains and connects volunteers with forcibly displaced refugees to build friendships of mutual respect and social capital that is essential for successful integration.

Goals

1.Our goal is to prioritize "missing voices" who have had little or no connection with Glocal's programs. Our Goal is to identify missing audiences and prioritize program outreach during the first half of 2026. In particular, Glocal plans to identify African and other diaspora churches and their leadership and make connections through community events and holding pilot listening sessions.
2.Increase the organizational capacity of Glocal through the... Develop a strong Board through training (Murdock Trust Strategic Planning Training), selecting committed qualified members to direct a volunteer based NPO. Develop a strong staffing plan, which includes a succession plan for our Co-EDs, hiring a Director of Operations. Improve workflows through Planning Center
3.To mobilize the church through increased partnerships. This includes identifying churches; training and education; and promoting Glocal's work.
