The specific purpose of this Corporation is to engage solely in charitableactivities within the scope of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that further the charitable mission of The San Diego Woman's Club (EIN:95-1185995) (the 'Supported Organization'), a nonprofit public benefit corporation incorporated in the State of California on February 18, 1892. TheCorporation is organized and will be operated exclusively to carry out the charitable functions, purposes, and/or programs of the SupportedOrganization.
