Vision

Vision: Every pet has a safe, healthy, happy life and a forever home. Values: Our compassion for animals inspires integrity, honesty, transparency and tenacity in our work and relationships as well as dedication to our community and its animals.

Goals

1. 1.Maintain current program stability for: Spay/Neuter; Adoption/Rescue; Trap Neuter return feral cats; Pet Food Bank Determine and plan for potential future issues that could affect programs. Expand services and education. Continue TNR management, outreach, and education. Ask community what it thinks of us and what it needs from us. Additional advertising in Moab & Green River locations.
2. 2.Strengthen volunteer program. Recruit more volunteers. Expand funding streams. Develop fundraising plan and involve board. Create Marketing and Communication Plan. Develop Major Gifts/Planned campaign/Endowment. Develop Brand Strategy. Participate in community events.
3. 3.Educate parents and children about dogs and cats Advocate for humane animal treatment Establish support for animal control changes (# of cats per household in Grand County; keep cats indoors for health & bird safety) Participate in events for community awareness Develop TNR door hangers (For mobile home parks in Moab and Green River)
