Vision

Love Your Magic girls enter the world ready to lead with unshakeable confidence and empathy, to advocate with an awareness of what is fair and just, to use their voice to tell their stories, and to forge a path for their life equipped with rituals of self-love and self-care that will sustain them. They will never have to journey alone because of the life-long community and chosen kinship that is fortified within their developmental years.

Goals

1. 1.Grow and scale Love Your Magic’s programs by codifying and systematizing current offerings, piloting a structured programming cadence for two consecutive years, and refining partnerships with schools and community stakeholders. Ensure caregiver and volunteer engagement is integrated into program delivery to support sustainable expansion and increased access for Black and Brown girls.
2. 2.Invest in Love Your Magic’s financial, operational, and technical infrastructure by allocating resources for key hires, executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, refining donor cultivation and stewardship processes, and establishing clear fundraising goals to support organizational growth and long-term impact.
3. 3.As we look ahead, one of our key goals is to focus on our core programs. This focus will allow us to more intentionally measure our impact and ensure that everything we offer is directly responsive to the specific needs of the girls we serve.
