Vision

To provide funds for youth to follow their passion for an aviation career regardless of their gender, race, or limited family means. Further, to assure that they funds to have significant training in emergency and safety skills so that the next generation of pilots is ready for the challenges of a sky that has more extremes due to global warming.

Goals

1. 1.To provide funds for youth to receive extensive flight training so that they are safe and skilled pilots.
2. 2.To assure that scholarship recipients have the funds for extra training in safety and emergency procedures.
3. 3.To open flight training to groups that are less likely to have opportunities for careers in aviation.
